BRETT L. TOLMAN
Founder/Attorney

Brett is the founder of The Tolman Group and is dedicated to State and Federal policy and advocacy. He is the former United States Attorney for the District of Utah, and his practice involves policy work and government relations at the national and state levels. 

ARTHUR RIZER
Attorney

Arthur Rizer is a Policy Attorney for the Tolman Group, Arthur is also an adjunct professor of law at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. Arthur is a former federal prosecutor and retired from the U.S. Army WVNG as a Lieutenant Colonel and was awarded the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart for his service in Fallujah, Iraq.

Jessi Rizer is an attorney for the Tolman Group and serves as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve. She is a legal and policy professional with a background in criminal law, military justice, administrative law, and justice reform.
